THE DAYS PERIOD is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving menstruation health and hygiene by providing period information and free period products to individuals in need. Our mission is to break the stigma surrounding menstruation and ensure that no one is denied access to basic menstrual care due to financial constraints. We rely on community funding, grants, and partnerships to distribute essential period products and advocate for menstrual equity.

A world where menstrual health hygiene is universally accessible, empowering every individual who menstruates to thrive without shame, stigma, or financial burden.

MISSION:
To provide free, sustainable, and high-quality menstrual products to underserved communities while educating and raising awareness on menstruation health. We aim to bridge the gap in menstrual equity by engaging with schools, workplaces, shelters, and healthcare providers

WE, THE DAYS Period, provide dignity to all menstruators, giving them confidence and empowerment to tackle their daily endeavors. We provide accessibility, education, awareness and empowerment. Our key initiative is sanitary products distribution, which we collect via donations from the public and any charitable organizations. We provide MENSTRUATION HEALTH HYGIENE.

What is Menstruation ?

Menstruation is a natural process where the body sheds the lining of the uterus, resulting in bleeding from the vagina. It typically occurs every month in women, usually starting in adolescence and ending with menopause.

Menstruation cycle usually begins between the age of 9 and 16 and continues until menopause, which typically occurs around the age of 45-50.

The menstrual cycle usually lasts around 28 days, but it can range from 21 to 35 days.

Periods take 3-8 days but differs from one woman to another.
